It is the pollicy of NALIN studios that personal information, such as your name, personal postal and email adress, or personal telephone number is private and confidential
We accept Visa, MasterCard and iDeal (within the Netherlands).
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked. NALIN studios online shop will accept returns of unused products within 14 days from shipping date. The items should be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) with hangtags attached.
Our return form is included in your package. Please fill it out completely as missing information could lead to delays. Returns should be sent to the address supplied on the returns form. We advise sending your item via a tracked service, as NALIN studios cannot be responsible for packages that go missing in transit. Once the returned package has been received and processed then the refund will be made. Your refund will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used to place the order. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account due to different payment providers. Shipping costs are not included unless your items are faulty.
All sales tax is included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
It is not possible to exchange your item. Therefore, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
NALIN studios does not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. Holiday volumes may add three business days.
We send all our packages with a tracking service. Rates depend on the size of package, and destination.
We do not cover the cost of individual countries import sales taxes and it is not included in your shipping costs.
